CHATFIELD — Memorial services for Keith Cocker will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Pilot Mound Lutheran Church, east of Chatfield, with the Rev. Ronald Warnes officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Pilot Mound Cemetery.
Keith McKay Cocker, 87, of Redwood Falls, Minn., died Dec. 24, 2008, at the Redwood Area Hospital.
He was born Nov. 1, 1921, in Winona County, to Archie and Edna (McKay) Cocker. He grew up on a farm and attended country schools in Winona County. During World War II he served in the Army and was stationed in Germany. Following his discharge, he returned home and went to work for Whitewater State Park in the maintenance department. In the early 1970s he transferred to Camden State Park near Lynd, Minn.
On Nov. 29, 1974, he married Betty (Ruberg) Andreen in Marshall, Minn. They made their home on the north side of Marshall, and Mr. Cocker continued his employment at Camden State Park until retiring. In October 2007 he had a stroke and entered the Wood Dale Nursing Home in Redwood Falls.
He is survived by his wife; a stepson, Phil (Angie) Andreen of Wadena, Minn.; stepdaughters, Pam Boogaard of Marshall and Wendy Fox (special friend, Stan) of Redwood Falls; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at the church in Pilot Mound.
Funeral services were held Dec. 30 at St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Marshall.
Nelson-Martin Funeral Home of Redwood Falls handled the arrangements.
