Lanes to be closed on U.S. 52 south of Pine Island

Drivers on southbound U.S. Highway 52, south of Pine Island Tuesday will encounter 5 miles of lane closures while crews repair concrete on the roadway.

The work is expected to take two weeks, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. 

Diamond Surface Inc., of Rogers, is the contractor for the work. Diamond also will be conducting concrete repair work in the Kasson and Dodge Center areas on U.S. Highway 14 and Highway 57, and in the Red Wing area on Highway 58.
