LET Do you call that governing?

How to rate the performance of those less-than-yielding Minnesota legislators who:

Assaulted a woman's reproductive rights by making her (and her physician) wait an extra day for a legal abortion;

Eased the process whereby Joe and Jolene Sixpack can publicly pack some real "heat" (for making us "safer," says one representative);

Failed to modify their no-tax pledges, even to find common ground for a balanced budget (without gutting the state's soul).

I am only an "overpaid and overbenefited" civil servant, and so perhaps unworthy to pass judgment on those who decide my fate; but do you blame me if I ask: Do you call that governing?
