I read with great dismay that the Ford plant in St. Paul would probably close. I have a different idea for it.
Ford could come out with a Ford Super Hammer and manufacture a vehicle for the Army, with twice as thick armor; twice as thick, blow-out-proof tires; quad-mounted 50-caliber machine guns, run and aimed by computer; and no soldier visible. Let them try to blow it up, which would be impossible. Heavy armor, top speed, and a powerful diesel engine.
