LET Kiffmeyer will follow the law

There's been some concern expressed about the secondary ballot that Mary Kiffmeyer, our Secretary of State, is proposing for the entry of a new candidate's name on said ballot, following the sudden, and horrific death of Senator Wellstone.

I think we can rest assured that Mary will follow every statue in Minnesota law for how she should proceed. She is not free to make these decisions on her own. One of her guiding principles since she took office has been "your right to have your vote counted accurately," and I have the confidence that she will see that through.
