LET Liebling should apologize to veterans over flag stance

The Fourth of July is here. Let Freedom reign!

As the American flag flies proudly in the breeze, take a good look at it and remember this -- state Rep. Tina Liebling thinks it's OK to desecrate this symbol of our country.

Rep. Liebling voted against a resolution that would prohibit someone from physically desecrating the symbol of our nation's freedom. She should apologize to the veterans who fought for our country and those who continue to fight so others may know freedom. The flag of freedom flies proudly in Rochester, regardless of Rep. Liebling's belief that it should be torn apart.
