While serving on the 2001 Rochester School District No. 535 referendum committee, we senior citizens became impressed with Ann Lynch, then president of the Bamber Valley PTSA.
Because of her educational background in economics and management, her familiarity (as the parent of two students) with the schools and their needs, and her gift for conflict resolution and consensus building made it easy for us to join her campaign committee for school board seat No. 2.
