I would like to reply to Roger Johnson's April 8 letter to the editor titled "History repeats itself."
I know of three pieces of legislation President Bush has implemented to save lives: (1) The Patriot Act; (2) The ban of partial birth abortions; (3) Moammar Gadhafi of Libya being convinced to relinquish the nuclear weapons of his country.
President Bush shows leadership that protects the privilege of Mr. Johnson to call our president bad names.
