The primary elections scheduled for Sept. 10 are of vital importance to the people of southeastern Minnesota and especially to those living in Senate District 30.
The aforementioned areas have lost legislative leadership and all-important seniority with the retirements of Sen. Kenric Scheevel, and Rep. Dave Bishop. It is essential that Senate District 30 retain the legislative knowledge, leadership, and competence of Sen. Sheila Sheila Kiscaden. She is recognized for her leadership in higher education and health care issues -- both areas of vital importance to southeastern Minnesota. Thoughtful people are encouraged to help reelect Senator Sheila Kiscaden to the Minnesota Legislature. The process starts with a needed victory in the Sept. 10 primary.
