ROCHESTER -- The funeral for Lillian May Lawson will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Ranfranz &; Vine Funeral Homes, with the Rev. Mary Sue Dreier officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Lawson, 62, of Rochester, died Monday (July 21, 2003) at Seasons Hospice.
Lillian May Webber was born May 25, 1941, in Ellsworth, Maine. On Dec. 2, 1976, she married Arthur Lawson in Old Town, Maine. She worked in adult foster care and as a nurses' aide, and her husband also does adult foster care.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Judith Lillian (Vance) Willis and Pamela Jean Janousek, both of Rochester, and Terry Lynn (Brad) Monson of Cannon Falls; two sons, Bubba M. (Marline) Kane and Carl Michael (Paula) Kane, both of Rochester; three stepsons, Christian Lawson of Bangor, Maine, Shawn A. Lawson of Bradford, Maine, and Corey A. Lawson of Palm Beach, Fla.; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Pauline Follette of Rochester and Doris Willis of Cannon Falls. Three brothers and a sister preceded her in death..
Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and half an hour before the service Thursday at the funeral home.
