CHATFIELD -- Luella Johnson, 82, formerly of Chatfield, died April 2, 2005, at her home in Mills River, N.C.
Born in Minnesota, she graduated from Chatfield High School. She worked in Chicago for 30 years, operated a motel in Florida with her brother and retired to Mills River in 1979.
Survivors include one sister, Irene Renspie of Horse Shoe, N.C.
She will be buried in Chatfield Cemetery with no services.
