MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Minnesota Democrats are getting fired up at an evening rally where former President Bill Clinton is coming to campaign for presidential candidate Barack Obama.
Several thousand people are gathered at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Al Franken is scheduled to share the stage with Clinton.

As they wait for the main event, a succession of Democratic speakers are urging party members to work hard the next five days between now and the election to get out the vote.
Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak says no one should be lulled into complacency despite polls that have shown Obama holding a sizable lead over Republican presidential candidate John McCain.
