Woman’s body found in Morris

MORRIS, Minn. (AP) — A woman reported missing in Morris has turned up dead in that western Minnesota town.
Police say the body of 46-year-old Laurie Ann Heintzelman (HYNTZ’-uhl-muhn) of Morris was found at 1:10 p.m. Monday behind a home.
Heintzelman was last seen leaving a bar in Morris on foot between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. Saturday. A Minnesota Crime Alert was issued when she was reported missing but was canceled when her body was found.

An investigation into her death continues and is awaiting autopsy results.
