ST. PAUL (AP) — The person whose job it is to make this summer’s Republican National Convention runs like clockwork has four previous conventions under her belt.
Organizers of the convention that’s planned for September in St. Paul say Rachel Card Kahler will serve as director of official proceedings.
Kahler was the deputy director at the 2004 convention and has carried out some of the same tasks dating back to the 1992 GOP convention.
