ROCHESTER -- Madelyne Sturdavant, 91, of Charter House in Rochester, died Saturday (Sept. 6, 2003) at her residence. No funeral service is planned. She was buried at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas.
Miss Sturdavant was born March 15, 1912, in Oakland, Calif. She received a master's degree in business, management engineering and psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
She had lived in Rochester since 1957. She was a consultant, hospital administrator and senior research specialist during a 42-year career in health care. She never married.
Miss Sturdavant is survived by three nieces: Shirley Kite of Dallas, Gloria Coote of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Madelyn Hill of Wellington, Fla.
