From staff reports
A 21-year-old St. Paul man was arrested Friday as a suspect in a recent drive-by shooting in which a man was injured.
Capt. Brian Winters said the man is expected to face charges of second-degree riot and aiding and abetting in a drive-by shooting. Winters said he is not believed to be the shooter.
Winters declined to say what led authorities to the St. Paul man, who was arrested Friday in Fridley, Minn. He said the case remains under investigation.
The drive-by shooting occurred early the morning of June 26 in the 4100 block of Valley Drive Northwest.
