MANTORVILLE -- A 21-year-old Claremont man is charged in Dodge District Court with three drug-related offenses after authorities executed a search warrant at his apartment earlier this month.
Rogelio Caballero faces one count each of first-degree controlled substance crime, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
According to a complaint, Caballero was arrested July 4 by Dodge County authorities after they allegedly found in his apartment drug paraphernalia and a small bag containing about 29 grams of marijuana. Caballero was in another apartment when officers searched his apartment. Officers also searched the apartment he was in and found an ounce of cocaine that Caballero allegedly gave to another man to hide. Officers found other drug paraphernalia.
