WINONA -- The next hearing for a Chicago man accused of bringing cocaine into Winona County to sell will be Monday.
Nathaniel J. Jones, 22, was charged in Winona District Court in July with first-degree controlled substance crime-possession of cocaine with intent to sell and second-degree controlled substance crime.
According to the complaint, law enforcement officials got a tip that some people were coming from Chicago with a small amount of crack cocaine. When the vehicle was stopped July 14, Jones was found in the back seat. He reportedly gave deputies crack cocaine that he had in several small bags.
