Olmsted County Sheriff’s officials are investigating a fatal one-vehicle crash today.
The van was southbound on Olmsted County Road 3, south of Minnesota Highway 30, where it entered the ditch, hit a driveway and rolled, said Olmsted Det. Dave Rikhus.
The man’s body was discovered about 100 yards south of the intersection near a homestead. A passerby called 911 at 7:24 a.m. today when the body was spotted near the van. The site is about 11 miles southwest of Rochester.
