A Rochester man suffered a head injury after another man, apparently angry he was taking too long at a urinal, punched and head-butted him Saturday night.
Police Capt. Jim Pittenger said the incident happened in a restroom at Graham Arena about 11:30 p.m., while both men were at a dance following a bull-riding competition.
The 36-year-old Rochester man was using the urinal when a 29-year-old Wabasha man began kicking him.
When the Rochester man turned to leave, the other man allegedly punched him and then head-butted him. The Rochester man was taken to Saint Marys Hospital and needed nine stitches to close a head cut.

The Wabasha man, who was arrested, is expected to face assault charges, Pittenger said.
