Criminal charges could be filed against a 22-year-old man suspected of sexually touching a nurse at Saint Marys Hospital.
Police Capt. Jim Pittenger said the man was visiting a relative at the hospital Wednesday and allegedly sexually touched or was involved in some other lewd behavior involving the on-duty nurse. The man is in custody.
Pittenger said the county attorney's office is reviewing reports and will determine if any charges will be filed.
