WINONA -- A St. Charles man has pleaded not guilty to four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct filed against him in Winona District Court.
David G. Henry, 55, was charged Jan. 4 and pleaded not guilty Feb. 4. No trial date has been set, according to the court clerk's office.
The complaint alleges that Henry had assaulted a girl since she was 14, mostly in the city of St. Charles.
The girl was 19 when the charges were filed.
