A Southern California man has pleaded not guilty to stabbing a moviegoer in the neck with a meat thermometer during a screening of the film "Shutter Island."
Landry Boullard entered the plea Friday in Lancaster Superior Court to one count of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.
The victim suffered serious injuries after complaining about someone talking on a cell phone during a Feb. 27 showing of the film. Two people who tried to help the victims received minor injuries.
Boullard could face life in prison if convicted of all counts.
