A West Saint Paul man received the maximum prison sentence Friday in Mower County Court for an incident in which he pistol-whipped a woman during a 2011 burglary in southeast Austin.
Alfredo Jesse Rosillo, 32, was sentenced to a total of 276 months at the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud; 240 months were assigned by Judge Donald Rysavy for the armed burglary, while an additional 36 months was added for violating a previous no contact order with the victim.
