The Olmsted County Government Center, and city and county offices will be closed Monday.

U.S. Postal Service: No mail delivery or post office lobby services on Monday.

Rochester Public Library is closed.

Rochester-Olmsted Recreation Center is closed.

Shopping: Most stores will be open, but may close earlier than normal. Most of the Galleria stores will be closed.


Banks: Most banks will be closed, but some branches will be open for shortened hours, such as Merchants National Bank branch at Cub Foods, and Wells Fargo branch at Rainbow Foods.

Rochester City Lines: There will be no bus service on Monday.

Post-Bulletin: The Post-Bulletin will publish a morning edition Monday. Newspapers should be delivered to home subscribers by 7:30 a.m. For missed deliveries, call 285-7676 through 11 a.m. Post-Bulletin offices will be closed Monday.
