Memorial Day issue will pay tribute to area veterans

The Post-Bulletin would like to help area readers remember the sacrifices made by area men and women who have lost their lives to war.

If you have lost a family member or friend in the armed forces, please send us a photo of the person along with some biographical information. The information should include the person's name, hometown, date of birth, date of death, branch of service and place of death. Also include a brief sentence you'd like to include as a personal remembrance. Be sure to let us know who you are and include a phone number we can call in case we have a question.

The photos and information may be e-mailed to; mailed to Post-Bulletin, c/o City Desk, P.O. Box 6118, Rochester, MN 55901; or brought in to the office, attention City Desk.

If you wish to have the photo returned, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

All submissions must be received by the end of the business day May 23. We'll publish the submissions on Memorial Day.
