LANESBORO — The service for Mildred S. (Solberg) Corson will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Richfield Lutheran Church, Nicollet Ave. at 60th St. in Minneapolis.
Mrs. Corson, 98, of Minneapolis, formerly of Lanesboro, died Monday (Feb. 2, 2009) at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, Minn.
Mildred Solberg was born Dec. 5, 1910, in Lanesboro. She was the last of 13 children and is survived by many nieces and nephews, including Ernst Solberg, Marian Oddo, Robert Smith, Richmond Pierson, Dagmar Anderson, Earl Solberg and Patricia and David Hawley; and by great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Corson.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service Friday at the church
Memorials are preferred to Richfield Lutheran Church or a charity of the donor’s choice.
