DODGE CENTER -- The funeral for Minnie Viola Perry will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church in Claremont, with the Rev. Tammy Rider officiating. Burial will be in Claremont Street Cemetery in Claremont.
Mrs. Perry, 91, of Dodge Center, a homemaker, died Thursday (Sept. 11, 2003) at Fairview Nursing Home in Dodge Center.
Minnie Viola Holtorf was born May 12, 1912, in Dodge County. On Oct. 25, 1934, she married Kenneth Moran Perry in Owatonna. They farmed in the Claremont area until 1941 and then lived in Carlisle, Iowa, until moving to Dodge Center in 1992. Mr. Perry died in 2000. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Claremont.
She is survived by nieces and nephews. Five brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call an hour before the service Saturday at the church.
