Moody Institute band to perform

The Moody Symphonic Band, from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, will perform at 7 p.m. today at Elim Baptist Church in Rochester.

The band has performed in China and central Europe and plans to tour Scandinavia next summer. The program will include band and orchestra music, as well as hymns and gospel songs.

Donations will be collected. The church is at 1815 38th St. N.W. For more information, call 289-8596.
