Felony charges

  • Travis James Eaton, 25, Chatfield, charged with fifth-degree controlled substance crime in November. A summons has been issued to be in court June 16.
  • Ryan Donovan Ringenberg, 35, 2218 Fifth Ave. N.W., Rochester, charged with fleeing a peace officer in the car on May 14, two counts of gross misdemeanor driving while impaired and one count of possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, one count of misdemeanor speeding. Unconditional bail is set at $5,000, and he returns to court May 29.
  • Patricia Belle Adriance, 61, Millville, charged with making terroristic threats and gross misdemeanor harassment, in February. A summons has been issued for her to be in court June 16.
  • Rose Mary Chim, 22, Oronoco, charged with aiding in second-degree burglary and receiving stolen property in June. A summons has been issued for her to be in court June 19.
  • Matthew James Beckmann, 35, 2887 Slate Court N.W., Rochester, charged with receiving stolen property in May. A summons has been issued for him to be in court June 19.

Felony dismissal

  • A felony charge of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor charge of fifth-degree assault have been dismissed against Hamdi Ahmed Mohamed, 30, of Rochester. The Olmsted County Attorney’s office dismissed the charges May 15. The offenses were alleged to have occurred in June 2006.
