The Post-Bulletin reports

A new chapter of the American Business Woman’s Association is starting in Austin and is seeking women of all ages to participate.

Women who currently work or are thinking of returning to work, as well as high school juniors and seniors interested in the business world, are invited to attend.

The group’s focus will be to provide scholarships and grants for women going into college, women who are starting or expanding their own businesses or women who want to improve their employment skills.

The group will offer ongoing support for women to discuss ideas and share business experiences.

The meeting will be at 5:15 p.m. May 31 at Reeve Chiropractic Clinic, 308 Fourth Ave. N.W.
