La CROSSE, Wis. — Kathleen Enz Finken has been named the next provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Enz Finken, now dean of the College of Arts and Humanities at Minnesota State University Moorhead, will start May 19.
She was chosen by the UW-L Search and Screen Committee and Chancellor Joe Gow from among seven finalists and about 90 applicants.
"We wanted someone that inspires and excites the majority of the campus community, and Dr. Enz Finken is clearly that person," Gow said.
