MINNEAPOLIS -- There is no evidence of negligence by the owner of a duplex that caught on fire, killing three University of Minnesota students, fire officials said Wednesday.
The cause of Saturday's fire remains undetermined, Assistant Fire Chief Ulie Seal said.
