The Minnesota Agricultural Education Leadership Council invites all nonprofit organizations that work with agricultural education to apply for a grant.
The council will be awarding up to $90,000 in grants under two separate grant programs. Eligible organizations include schools, colleges, community organizations, FFA chapters and 4-H clubs.
Grant applications can be obtained online at www.maelc.state.mn.us. Hard copies of the grant applications can be obtained by calling (612) 624-6249 or e-mailing Julie Tesch at jtesch@umn.edu. Deadline for the first grant program is Nov. 1. Deadline for the second program is Nov. 21.
