• Second-degree burglary, failure to appear, receiving stolen property, third-degree burglary — Aaron Michael Anderson, 27, Faribault, Minn., sentenced Dec. 3, 2007, by Judge Kevin Lund, to a total of 48 months in prison, pay $50, from offenses in 2006, pay restitution of $8,329.75 in one case and $5,089.37 in another.
• Felony domestic assault — Mitchell Antonio Hayes, 32, 863 21st Ave. S.E., No. 109, Rochester, sentenced Dec. 3, 2007, by Judge Kevin Lund, to 23 months prison. The judge also executed a 21-month prison sentence on a prior conviction of domestic assault by strangulation, to run concurrently.
• Second-degree controlled substance crime — Charles Barlow, 29, Austin, sentenced Dec. 3, 2007, by Judge Joseph Wieners, to 64 months in prison, pay $132, from an offense in 2004.
• Possession of burglary or theft tools — Jose Manuel Gonzales-Garcia, 20, St. Charles, sentenced Dec. 3, 2007, by Judge Kevin Lund, to be on probation three years, serve six days in jail, from an offense in May.

• Theft — Dwayne Keith Stanifer, 45, Minneapolis, sentenced Dec. 3, 2007, by Judge Kevin Lund, who stayed execution of a 19-month prison sentence on condition he be on probation five years, serve 250 days in jail with credit for any time served, from an offense in 2006.
• Fifth-degree controlled substance crime — Jermaine Watkins, 27, 1426 Fourth Ave. S.E., No. 305, Rochester, sentenced Dec. 3, 2007, by Judge Joseph Wieners who stayed adjudication on condition he be on probation five years, pay $132, do 50 hours community work service, from an offense in September.

• Driving while impaired with 0.08 blood-alcohol concentration within two hours of driving — Sotero Benitez, 52, Austin, sentenced Nov. 28, 2007, to pay $607.
• Gross misdemeanor driving while impaired — Michael Jon Debernardi, 53, 2211 Coral Lane N.E., Rochester, sentenced Nov. 28, 2007, to pay $900, 30 days in a combination of jail and home detention with credit for four days served in jail.
• Gross misdemeanor giving peace officer false name, misdemeanor driving after revocation — James Carle Spencer, 34, Brownsdale, sentenced Nov. 28, 2007, to pay $982, $900 stayed, do 90 hours community work service.
• Gross misdemeanor driving while impaired with 0.08 blood-alcohol concentration within two hours of driving, gross misdemeanor use of false name — Victoria Jean Whelan, 24, 1424 12th Ave. N.E., Rochester, sentenced Nov. 28, 2007, one year jail, stayed, on condition serve 90 days in a combination of jail and home detention, then 30 days on home detention on anniversary date of sentencing annually through 2010.
