Felony dispositions

• Check forgery, forgery — Douglas Everett Hill, 38, Austin, sentenced May 7, 2007, by Judge Kevin Lund as a stay of imposition on condition he be on probation five years, serve 30 days on home detention, from offenses in August 2005 and June 2006.

• Receiving stolen property, issuance of dishonored checks — Daniel Rupprecht, 24, no address recorded, sentenced May 7, 2007, by Judge Kevin Lund, to serve 440 days in jail, be on probation five years, pay restitution of $3,177.32. The jail sentence has been satisfied. From offenses in June and July 2005. He also was sentenced to 90 days in jail on a misdemeanor conviction of driving after revocation, 90 days on a misdemeanor fourth-degree damage to property charge and one year in jail on a gross misdemeanor check forgery conviction to run concurrently.

• Check forgery — Angela Ann Anderson, 30, Taconite, Minn., sentenced May 7, 2007, by Judge Kevin Lund as a stay of imposition on condition she be on probation five years, serve 229 days in jail, with credit for any time served, from an offense in September 2005.

• Second-degree assault — Jacqueline Elizabeth Carmichael, 38, St. Paul, sentenced May 7, 2007, by Judge Kevin Lund as a stay of imposition on condition she be on probation seven years, pay $82, serve 30 days in jail with credit for two days served, from an offense in January.

• Fifth-degree controlled substance crime — Amanda Dawn Schild, 20, 1915 26th St. N.W., Rochester, sentenced May 7, 2007, by Judge Kevin Lund, who put her on probation before entering a judgment of guilt. She is to be on probation five years, serve one day in jail with credit for time served, do 200 hours community work service, from an offense in May 2006.

Misdemeanor/gross misdemeanor dispositions

• Gross misdemeanor driving while impaired with 0.08 blood-alcohol concentration within two hours of driving — Mark William Ketchum, 37, 1930 First St. N.W., Rochester, sentenced May 4, 2007, to pay $1,092, 30 days in a combination of jail and home detention, and with credit for two days served.

• Driving after revocation — Jose Francisco Castro Falero, 55, 806 First St. S.W., No. 2, Rochester, sentenced May 4, 2007, to pay $182, serve two days jail with credit for two days served.

• Disorderly conduct — Robert Deangelo Richardson, 32, 1429 Fourth Ave. S.E., No. 301, Rochester, sentenced May 4, 2007, to 90 days jail with credit for 90 days served.

• Gross misdemeanor child endangerment — Aleshiea Lynn Winsky, 21, 4221 22nd Ave. N.W., Rochester, sentenced May 3, 2007, to pay $982.

• Gross misdemeanor driving while impaired with 0.08 blood-alcohol concentration within two hours of driving — Michael Bunmao Oum, 37, 1951 49 1/2 St. N.W., Rochester, sentenced May 7, 2007, to pay $1,222, serve 30 days in a combination of jail and home detention with credit for any time served.
