• Violating of predatory offender registration — Armando Rodriguez, 23, 1426 Fourth Ave. S.E., No. 205, Rochester, sentenced Aug. 21, 2008, by Judge Joseph Chase, to 26 months prison, credit for 385 days served, to run concurrently with another case, pay $132.

• Felony domestic abuse, violation of protection order — Donald William Timm, 45, Edina, Minn., sentenced Aug. 21, 2008, by Judge Jodi Williamson, to pay $982, serve 365 days jail, stayed, serve 10 days jail, from an offense in 2007.

• Fifth-degree controlled substance crime — Patricia Joan Wagner, 43, 3310 55th Ave. N.E., Rochester, sentenced Aug. 21, 2008, by Judge Joseph Chase, to 13 months prison, stayed, on condition she be on probation 10 years, pay $82, serve 180 days jail, do 50 hours community work service, from an offense in 2007.
