Felony dispositions

• Fifth-degree controlled substance crime, gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation — Idle Ali Ahmed, 29, 1426 Fourth Ave. S.E., No. 208, sentenced Aug. 20, 2007, by Judge Jodi Williamson, who withheld adjudication on the felony charge on condition he be on probation five years, pay $321 and do 100 hours community work service. The terms run concurrently with the gross misdemeanor conviction.

• Making terroristic threats — Russell Jeremiah Chaplin, 28, 3758 Eighth St. N.W., No. 903, Rochester, sentenced Aug. 20, 3007, by Judge Jodi Williamson as a stay of imposition on condition he serve 100 days in jail with credit for any time served, be on probation five years, do 100 hours community work service, from an offense in March.

• Second-degree burglary — Joshua Charles Collins, 20, 1410 Third St. N.E., Rochester, sentenced Aug. 20, 2007, by Judge Jodi Williamson as a stay of imposition on condition he be on probation 10 years, serve 150 days in jail, do 100 hours community work service, pay $132, from an offense in 2005. The jail time has been satisfied.
