Olmsted District Court FELONIES 11-6 READY

Felony charges

• Michael John Hodge, 30, 4031 Mallard Place S.E., Rochester, charged with third-degree assault of another man on Sept. 24. A summons has been issued for him to be in court Dec. 11.

• Edwin Douglas Cunningham, 25, 716 14th St. N.W., Rochester, charged with fifth-degree controlled substance crime on Nov. 5. Unconditional bail is set at $10,000, conditional bail at $2,000. He returns to court Nov. 13.

• Ronald Alan Young Jr., 23, no address, charged with domestic assault by strangulation, attempted domestic assault by strangulation, false imprisonment, all felonies; two counts of misdemeanor domestic assault, one count of misdemeanor damage to property, one count of misdemeanor failure to notify owner of damage to property, all on Aug. 16. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

• Ryan Matthew Vangness, 22, Kasson, charged with harassment/stalking, harassment/repeatedly making phone calls, gross misdemeanor domestic assault, gross misdemeanor fifth-degree assault, in April. A summons has been issued for him to be in court Dec. 11.

• Randy Joe Fuller, 37, Newton, Iowa, charged with two counts of violating predatory offender registration requirements. A summons has been issued for him to be in court Dec. 11.

• James Andrew Borgen, 19, 725 Ninth St. S.W., Rochester, charged with fifth-degree controlled substance crime on July 25. A summons has been issued for him to be in court Dec. 22.

• Matthew John Fromdahl, 25, 4439 13th Ave. N.W., Rochester, charged with fifth-degree controlled substance crime on Aug. 26. He is to make his first court appearance Dec. 22.

• Patrick Lloyd Henry, 25, Hayfield, charged with fifth-degree controlled substance crime on Oct. 29. A summons has been issued to be in court Dec. 11.

• Seth Jordan Blake, 23, 2833 Northern Valley Drive Northeast, No. 3, Rochester, charged with making terroristic threats, misdemeanor domestic assault, misdemeanor disorderly conduct. A summons has been issued to be in court Dec. 11.

• John Edward Holt, Jr., 34, 710 E. Center St., No. A1, Rochester, charged with escape from custody, gross misdemeanor third-degree damage to property, on Nov. 3. Unconditional bail is set at $10,000, conditional bail at $5,000. He returns to court Nov. 17.

Felony dispositions

• Escape from custody — Tiron Patrick Beane, 22, Minneapolis, sentenced Oct. 6, 2008, by Judge Debra Jacobson, to one year and one day in prison, pay $50, from an offense in 2007.

• Check forgery — Joshua Taylor Watson, 19, Byron, sentenced Oct. 6, 2008, by Judge Debra Jacobson, who stayed execution of a one-year-and-one-day prison sentence on condition he be on probation for five years, serve 81 days jail, pay restitution of $1,475 and court fines and fees totaling $582, from an offense in February. The jail sentence has been satisfied. He also was given a stayed one-year jail sentence on a gross misdemeanor conviction of counterfeiting and an 81-day jail sentence on a misdemeanor conviction of tampering with a motor vehicle. That time has been satisfied.

• Felony driving while impaired, felony driving while impaired with 0.10 blood-alcohol concentration within two hours of driving, gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation — Miguel Campos Delossantos, 34, 1293 Marion Road, Rochester, sentenced Oct. 6, 2008, by Judge Joseph Chase, to be on probation for seven years, pay $982, serve 180 days jail, from an offense in 2004.

• Issuance of dishonored check — Jayson Paul Scott, 26, 1111 Fourth Ave. S.E., Rochester, sentenced Oct. 6, 2008, by Judge Debra Jacobson, to pay $1,082, be on probation five years, pay restitution of $1,114.51, from an offense in 2006.

• Fifth-degree controlled substance crime, gross misdemeanor child endangerment — Darren Smith, 42, 3758 Eighth St. N.W., No. 904, Rochester, sentenced Oct. 6, 2008, by Judge Debra Jacobson, who withheld adjudication on the felony on condition he be on probation five years, pay $1,082, from an offense in January.

Juvenile felony dispositions

• Second-degree burglary — Cody Bartlett, 17, Chatfield, sentenced Oct. 8, 2008, by Judge Robert Birnbaum, to be on probation until June 2010, do 180 hours community work service, complete any programming required, be jointly responsible for restitution of $980, write a letter of apology to the victims and write a report on the impact of his actions, entering the Stewartville High School choir room during which purses were taken while the victims were elsewhere in the building performing in a concert. He is banned from Stewartville High School and is to be on electronic monitoring with a formal review in 45 days.

Misdemeanor/gross misdemeanor dispositions

• Disorderly conduct — Miguel Arnoldo Galvan, 23, 917 1/2 Second St. N.W., Rochester, sentenced Oct. 6, 2008, to three days jail with credit for time served.

• Theft — Lori Lynn Hoerner, 36, 20 Eighth St. N.E., Rochester, sentenced Oct. 6, 2008, to 20 days jail.

• Driving while impaired with 0.08 blood-alcohol concentration within two hours of driving — Etienne Pierre Domingue Morel, 38, 1728 Quarry Ridge Place N.W., Rochester, sentenced Oct. 6, 2008, to pay $482.

• Trespassing, driving after suspension — Peter E. Paddock, 26, Plainview, sentenced Oct. 6, 2008, to 20 days jail.

• Driving after revocation — Gerald Duwayne Erickson, 33, 520 Willow Bend S.W., Rochester, sentenced Oct. 8, 2008, to 10 days jail, stayed, pay $385.

• Theft — Jacqueline Mae Hall, 54, Oronoco, sentenced Oct. 8, 2008, to 10 days jail, stayed, pay $385.
