• Teresa Marie Martini, 21, Eyota, charged with fifth-degree controlled substance crime for allegedly possessing cocaine on April 12. She also is charged with two counts of gross misdemeanor driving while impaired. Unconditional bail is set at $12,000, conditional bail at $4,000. She was to return to court April 27.
• Vicky Lee Clink, 50, 328 36th Ave. N.W., Rochester, charged with fifth-degree controlled substance crime for allegedly being in possession of methamphetamine in February. A summons has been issued to be in court May 14.
• Nathaniel Leonard, 35, 1844 41st St. N.W., Rochester, charged with domestic assault by strangulation, misdemeanor domestic assault, on April 10. Unconditional bail is set at $30,000, conditional bail at $5,000. He was to return to court April 27.
• Eddie Lee Davis, 20, 938 Eighth Ave. N.E., Rochester, charged with third-degree controlled substance crime for allegedly selling cocaine; fifth-degree controlled substance crime and misdemeanor driving after suspension, all on April 12. Unconditional bail is set at $40,000, to run consecutively to bail previously set in another case. He was to return to court April 27.
