Felony charges

• Stuart Jay Andrist, 42, 116 18th St. S.E., Rochester, charged with fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle on March 31. He also is charged with misdemeanor driving after cancellation and no insurance. Unconditional bail is set at $20,000, conditional bail at $10,000. He returns to court April 16.

• Margaret Roxie Johnson, 45, 1232 Third Ave. S.W., No. 1, Rochester, charged with three counts of making terroristic threats and one count of misdemeanor making obscene/harassing phone calls. Bail is set at $5,000, and she returns to court April 16.

• Heather Sue Karver, 23, no address, charged with financial transaction card fraud for allegedly using another person’s credit card without permission in 2006. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

• Jovanna Shantel Evans, 32, Minneapolis, charged with escape from custody on March 2 for allegedly failing to return to the Olmsted County work-release center. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Juvenile felony dispositions

• Second-degree burglary — Shawnee Lynn Hoffman, 17, 4310 13th Ave. N.W., Rochester, sentenced Feb. 14, 2007, by Judge Robert Birnbaum to be on probation two years and comply with terms of probation, pay $ $1,500 or do 150 hours community work service, write letter of apology to victim, from an offense in October 2006.

• Financial transaction card fraud — Richard Hostvedt Allen, 17, 1501 Seventh Ave. N.E., Rochester, sentenced Feb. 26, 2007, by Judge Robert Birnbaum, who withheld adjudication on condition he be on probation six months, comply with terms of probation, write a letter of apology to victim, pay $400 or do 40 hours community work service, from an offense in August 2006.

• Check forgery — Jordan Devillo Hanson, 18, no address, sentenced Feb. 26, 2007, to be on probation six months, comply with all terms of probation, from an offense in January 2006.

• Fifth-degree controlled substance crime — Della Ree Mayweathers, 44, 2700 56th St. N.W., No. 42, Rochester, sentenced March 1, 2007, by Judge Joseph Chase, who withheld adjudication on condition she be on probation five years, comply with terms of probation, serve 30 days in jail, do 100 hours community work service, pay $82, from an offense in September 2005. The jail sentence has been satisfied.

• Fifth-degree controlled substance crime — Amy Jo Broten, 25, Robbinsdale, Minn., sentenced March 1, 2007, by Judge Joseph Chase, who withheld adjudication on condition she be on probation five years, comply with terms of probation, serve 30 days in jail, with credit for five days served, do 50 hours of community work service, pay $82, from an offense in February 2005.

• First-degree controlled substance crime — Christopher John Galbreath, 33, 2313 Park Lane S.E., Rochester, sentenced March 1, 2007, by Judge Joseph Chase who stayed a nine-year prison term on condition he be on probation 30 years, comply with terms of probation, serve one year in jail with credit for any time served, then transfer to a halfway house, do 150 hours community work service, pay $82, from an offense in July 2004.

• Fifth-degree controlled substance crime, misdemeanor driving while impaired with 0.08 blood-alcohol concentration within two hours of driving — Rodney Jones Atkins, 41, Waltham, Minn., sentenced March 5, 3007, by Judge Joseph Chase as a stay of imposition on condition he be on probation five years, comply with all terms of probation, do 100 hours community work service, serve six month jail with work-release privileges, pay $82, from an offense in March, 2006.

• Third-degree controlled substance crime — Marcus Antonio McGill, 243, 413 19th Ave. S.W., Rochester, sentenced March 5, 2007, by Judge Debra Jacobson, to 33 months in prison with credit for any time served, from an offense in June 2006. He also was sentenced to 90 days in jail on a misdemeanor disorderly conduct conviction, to run concurrently with the prison term.

• Fifth-degree controlled substance crime — Lyle Lloyd Moe, 37, 1328 Third St. N.E., Rochester, sentenced March 5, 2007, by Judge Joseph Chase as a stay of imposition on condition he be on probation five years, comply with all terms of probation, pay $82, serve 30 days jail with credit for any time served and do 100 hours community work service, from an offense in June 2006.

• Forgery — Melissa Marie Solum, 27, St. Paul, sentenced March 5, 2007, by Judge Joseph Chase, as a stay of imposition on condition she be on probation five years, comply with terms of probation, pay $132, serve 60 days in jail, to run concurrently with a prison term being served out of Hennepin County, from an offense in April 2006.

• Uninsured vehicle, unregistered vehicle — Derek Arthur Gilbertson, 25, Dodge Center, sentenced March 1, 2007, to pay $382.

• Uninsured vehicle, petty misdemeanor speeding — Antone Michael Sveen, 19, Elgin, sentenced March 1, 2007, to pay $300.
