Felony charges

• Awil Abdi Mohamed, 21, 1023 41st St. N.W., No. 214, Rochester, charged with making terroristic threats, misdemeanor fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct for a disturbance at a bar on May 10. Unconditional bail is set at $16,000, conditional bail at $4,000. He returns to court June 26.

• Mohamed Qayed Ali Hatim, 37, 916 Fourth Ave. S.E., Rochester, charged with fourth-degree assault on a peace officer, gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, all from a disturbance at a bar on May 10. Unconditional bail was set at $1,000, and he returns to court June 29.

• Kevin Leonard Smoot, 22, Hillsborough, N.C., charged with two counts of fifth-degree controlled substance crime alleging possession and sale of marijuana on May 12. Unconditional bail is set at $10,000, conditional at $1,000. His next court appearance is June 7.

• Jimmie Gray Gaston Jr., 20, no address, charged with fourth-degree assault of a peace officer and gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process on May 13. Unconditional bail was set at $500. His next court appearance is June 11.

• Brandon Louis Kingsley, 29, Winona, charged with violation of order for protection on May 13. Unconditional bail was set at $18,000, conditional bail at $9,000. His next court appearance is June 7.

• Dalen Owen Hansen, 44, 325 55th St. N.E., No. 39, Rochester, charged with fifth-degree controlled substance crime for allegedly being in possession of methamphetamine on May 10. Unconditional bail is set at $10,000, and his next court appearance is June 4.

• Tiffany Erin Cox, 23, Stewartville, charged with storing meth paraphernalia in the presence of child or vulnerable adult in March. A summons has been issued for her to be in court June 18.

Gross misdemeanor/misdemeanor dispositions

• Driving after suspension — Urmah Mohamed Arte, 20, 1106 33rd St. N.W., Rochester, sentenced May 7, 2007, to 68 days jail with credit for 68 days served.

• Violation of protection orders, four counts — Gamal Farid El Dousouky, 32, 1883 Park St. S.E., Rochester, sentenced May 7, 2007, to pay $582.
