• Awil Abdi Mohamed, 21, 1023 41st St. N.W., No. 214, Rochester, charged with making terroristic threats, misdemeanor fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct for a disturbance at a bar on May 10. Unconditional bail is set at $16,000, conditional bail at $4,000. He returns to court June 26.
• Mohamed Qayed Ali Hatim, 37, 916 Fourth Ave. S.E., Rochester, charged with fourth-degree assault on a peace officer, gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, all from a disturbance at a bar on May 10. Unconditional bail was set at $1,000, and he returns to court June 29.
• Kevin Leonard Smoot, 22, Hillsborough, N.C., charged with two counts of fifth-degree controlled substance crime alleging possession and sale of marijuana on May 12. Unconditional bail is set at $10,000, conditional at $1,000. His next court appearance is June 7.
• Jimmie Gray Gaston Jr., 20, no address, charged with fourth-degree assault of a peace officer and gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process on May 13. Unconditional bail was set at $500. His next court appearance is June 11.
