Post-Bulletin staff
The Post-Bulletin has hired two district sales managers in the circulation department.
• Tim Greer is a graduate of Northland Community and Technical College, East Grand Forks, Minn., where he majored in sales, marketing and management.
He expects to graduate from the University of Mary in December 2008 with a management major.
Previously he was employed by BBI International, Grand Forks, N.D., as a circulation coordinator.

• Penny Skauge has a bachelor’s degree in administration/marketing and mass communication from Morningside College, Sioux City, Iowa.
Previously, she was employed by Gerard Academy, Austin, as a youth counselor.
