MOORHEAD, Minn. -- Top honors from the Minnesota News Photographers Association went to photographers from the Post-Bulletin and the St. Paul Pioneer Press on Sunday.
Jim Gehrz of the St. Paul Pioneer Press was named Photographer of the Year. The Best of Show award went to Matt Miller of the Post-Bulletin, who placed third in the photographer of the year category.
Miller also placed in the spot news, feature, sports feature, portrait and personality, pictorial, illustration and sports portfolio categories.
Post-Bulletin photographer Christina Paolucci placed third in the photo story and illustration categories and won an honorable mention in portrait and personality.
