Representative's from Minnesota's DFL and Republican parties are visiting Rochester to boost awareness about the upcoming political caucus events.
Minnesota DFL Chair Brian Melendez and Republican Chair Ron Carey are scheduled to speak at a news conference at noon on Tuesday at the Olmsted County Government Center, 151 Fourth St. Southeast.
The pair are expected to emphasize the importance of precinct caucus. At these meetings, voters have a chance to make decisions about the party's platform and candidates.
