PRESTON -- The funeral for Patricia M. Froelich will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Methodist Church-Lehmberg Chapel in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Mrs. Froelich, 60, of Colorado Springs, formerly of Preston, died Sunday (Aug. 22, 2004) at her home following a long illness with multiple sclerosis.
Patricia Maureen Soiney was born Nov. 5, 1943, in Preston, graduated as valedictorian of the Preston High School class of 1961, and, in 1965, received a Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology from Hamline University. On Dec. 9, 1967, she married Norman E. Froelich at First Methodist Church-Lehmberg Chapel in Colorado Springs. She was employed at the Colorado Springs Medical Center for 15 years. Before her illness, she enjoyed playing piano, bridge, golf, skiing, reading and knitting.
Survivors include her husband; a sister, Maryette (Frank) Braithwaite of Rochester; and a brother, Kerry Soiney of St. Paul. Her parents preceded her in death.
