The Peace Plaza’s transformation into a two-block long stretch continues as work crews push toward wrapping up the work later this spring in time for the Thursday’s on First market and other planned events.
The base for the Peace fountain has been established and the fountain is being refurbished.
Meanwhile, pedestrians still weave through a maze of gates and fencing to avoid the construction work along what was First Street Southwest leading to Mayo Clinic’s Gonda Building.
