WEST ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Two men were arrested after a chase around midnight Sunday, and police said one of them was considered a suspect in up to a dozen armed robberies and the shooting of a liquor store owner in the past two weeks.
The most serious crime involving the suspected serial robber was the shooting of West St. Paul liquor store owner Kenny L. Vang of Ham Lake. He was shot in the head during a robbery Tuesday. He was recovering.
The names of the suspects and the exact charges they may face were not immediately released.
