ST. PAUL -- A burned body found in a St. Paul city park was that of a 30-year-old man, authorities said Tuesday.
The remains of Tou Pao Xiong were found by a passer-by Monday in Central Village Park in the Summit-University neighborhood. A red gas can was found nearby.
The cause of death has not been determined, and the medical examiner was awaiting results of lab and toxicology tests.
