PRESTON -- A 45-year-old Preston man pleaded guilty last month to one count of felony driving while intoxicated.
On July 5, Fillmore County deputies found Terry Lee Hatlevig stopped in a vehicle along County Road 25, north of Peterson. He refused to take a breath test.
According to court records, Hatlevig has had six driving while under the influence convictions since 1992.
Fillmore District Court Judge James Fabian accepted Hatlevig's guilty plea on Aug. 16. Sentencing is set for Sept. 20.
